Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Talstaff, a service operated by Enewvision LLC (“we”). By using Talstaff you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company whose workspace you use.

Your workspace

• Your company owns the data it puts into its workspace.
• You are responsible for the accounts you create and for keeping passwords safe.
• You must have the right to use the resumes, documents and contact details you upload.

Email and outreach

• Connect only mailboxes you are allowed to use.
• Follow the anti-spam laws that apply to you, including CAN-SPAM, and honor opt-out requests.
• Do not use Talstaff to send misleading content or to misrepresent a consultant's experience.
• You remain responsible for every email sent from your workspace, including emails sent automatically by settings you turned on.

Acceptable use

Do not use Talstaff to break the law, to access systems without permission, or to interfere with the service or other workspaces.

AI features

Talstaff uses AI to sort email, score matches and draft messages. AI output can be wrong. Review what matters before it goes out, especially rates, documents and anything sent to a client.

Service

We work to keep Talstaff available and secure, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using Talstaff at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to export or delete your data.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
